La Vallée Verte is located at the crossroads of Champagne, Burgundy and Franche-Comté, in a small, peaceful village with a population of 75.
La Vallée Verte has 5 guest rooms in a stately home dating from 1586, with all modern comforts in a harmoniously preserved setting.
Entrance is via the garden gate leading to the terrace behind the house.
On the ground floor, there is a communal lounge area and dining room. Weather permitting, meals are served on the terrace.
The garden is open to travellers, who can relax and play pétanque…
At 7pm, all the guests share a meal around the table d’hôtes, a great opportunity to meet up with international friends!
Each evening I offer a 4-course menu (starter, main course, local cheeses and dessert), prepared entirely on site. For organisational reasons, please book in advance. If you have any allergies, please let me know so that I can adapt the menu.
