The building, completely renovated in 2019, is located in the historical centre of the old town of Aosta, directly along the Francigena route.
It is a few steps from the main monuments and just 1 km away from the Pila cable car.
It offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi.
The street is very quiet and only 5-7 minutes’ walk from the main services (pharmacy, supermarket, hospital, laundrette, sports equipment stores, restaurants).
It is also located next to the Barry Foundation’s info point & shop which deals with ensuring the survival of the typical dog of the Gran San Bernardo hospice.

The building houses 3 apartments:
– 1 two-roomed flat on the ground floor (30 sqm x 2 people)
– 1 two-roomed flat on the first floor with balcony (30 sqm x 2 people)
– 1 two-room apartment with mezzanine (35 sqm up to 4 people)
The beds are double or one-and-a-half places.

The Nordic-style units feature tiled floors, under-floor heating, mechanical ventilation and a flat-screen TV. There is also a microwave, a fridge with a freezer, an induction hob, a selection of tea and coffee, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. The bathroom is private and equipped with a shower, a hairdryer and natural products for personal hygiene.

The SVAP’s bus service (Navetta Rossa) takes only 4 minutes to connect the apartments to the train and bus station.
