The B&B is in the hills about 30 Km from the beautiful city of Parma with a panoramic view over the Pò Valley near the Pilgrims Way and Nature reserves. We have a small out building with a space for storing and repairing bicycles and a portico for relax and breakfast. During renovation we maintained where possible the original stone and brick walls and used green building materials and methods. We installed solar panels for hot water and electricity. The domestic stoneware is from my husbands pottery “Gabbiano Studio Pottery” and show-room. The guest bedroom has a beautiful hand crafted bed made by a local artist who uses recycled wood. The bathroom with shower is in the bedroom. There are sky lights with external shutters. For the children it is possible to use another bedroom on the same floor. We have a small library with some books in english.We serve sweet and savory breakfast, with seasonal local organic produce from farmers and our vegetable garden and fruit trees. We have a bicycle repair and a few bicycles for use. There is a chance to wash clothes, hiking boots and bicycles.Your pets are welcome. Free Wi Fi.
