The Monticello FarmHouse situated in the Sarzana Hills surrounded by the vineyards and olives Tree, offers an unrepeatable experience for those who want to enjoi the  nature, rest after a long walk on foot or by bicycle and pamper themselves with the goodnees of our products.

Pets are welcome! They can have fun or relax in our common green areas.

The farmhouse has five accommodations: a two-room apartment, two studio apartments and two double rooms, equipped with wi-fi connection, Start Tv, equipped kitchen or breakfast corner, private bathroom with shower, unattended parking, common garden, pergola , barbecue , common laundry.

The FarmHouse is far only 5 minutes from the historic center of Sarzana and 1,5 km from the Via Francigena. It’s also very close to renowned seaside and art cities such as Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, San Terenzo , Piertasanta , Lunigiana and the historic cities of Genoa, Pisa, Lucca , Florence and Parma.
