The B&B “Le Tre Perle” is located in the historical centre of Colle Val d’Elsa, medieval town in the province of Siena.  Restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bus terminal and lifts to go to the medieval town are within walking distance.    In a short time can also be reached by car the gorgeous towns of Siena (20 km), Florence (35 km), San Gimignano (15 km), Volterra (25 km), Monteriggioni (10 km) and Poggibonsi (8 km).

The structure consists of two storeys.   An ancient (restored) staircase leads to the first floor where there are 4 rooms (3 doubles and 1 triple), all with private bathroom.   On the top floor there is the attic room with WC/shower and private terrace with view of the medieval town.

All the room have A/C,  central heating, TV.

The continental breakfast is served in  the breakfast room.  On request are served typical home cooked meals.

At the back of the B&B there  is a large free parking area.
