The farm is few kilometres North as the crow flies from the centre of Rome. The park is like a green oasis in a strongly urbanised area and abounds in archaeological finds that show the richness of its past. It is in this area in fact that Veio, the ancient capital of the Etruscan civilization, was located. Today the farm stands as a model for organic cultivations, with livestock grazing in open pastures, crop rotations and a special attention given to all aspects of sustainability.
The restaurant serves organic vegetables and meat produced within the farm, while in the in-house facility milk obtained from more than 800 sheep is processed to make cheese sold in the farm’s grocery. The agritourism has 16 rooms, all personalised by different floorings, and interiors and a very large multifunctional hall
