Hello, I am renting out my gîte which can accommodate up to 9 people and 2 more with the guest rooms. The gite is made up with a living room with a bay window with a view of the pond and direct access to the swimming pool. which is covered and very well equipped, in the living room there is a corner dining area, 2 sofa, a sofa bed and a spiral staircase which leads to a bedroom with a double bed overlooking the pond after the living room let’s go into the gîte where there is a bathroom with sink, cupboard, shower on the right.

and on the far right is a large fridge-freezer.

on the left another living room with TV, sofa bed and table and access to the kitchen which has an oven, a microwave, a small fridge, cupboards and cutlery, gas hob and 1 electric and hood.

back to the living room which also gives access to the WC and to the last bedroom which is composed of a double bed and a single bed and to finish with the gîte there is a terrace with barbecue and outside dining table. let’s go to the land which is about 5000 m2 with swing, chicken coop (you can give them your rest), pond with (carp, stud, bream, roach, perch, carp love, pike, tench and bleak

we also have a pontoon for fishing overlooking the SAÔNE with pedal boat for 4 people available for hire.

64 € in low season it is to say from September to May

at

93 € in high season and only bookable by the week c is to say from Saturday to Saturday
