The « Abbaye de Salaz » used to be a property of the monks of St.-Maurice, It is nowadays a wine estate and operated by the Huber and Kropf families.
The Abbaye is also a social place, it hosts many events around wine activities during summer time.
Located right on the Via Francigena path, it is a « out of time » stop on your pilgrimage, riche of history with a simple and familial atmosphere.
