The leg is flat; the main attractive is the archeological area of Luni, ancient Roman harbour where the pilgrims used to board towards Santiago. Once passed Avenza you will walk on a nice road between the vineyards that cover the surrounding hills between Avenza and Massa, in a succession of nice panoramas of the Alps and of the sea. After that you will land in the center of Massa.
