The second phase of the “Cammini E Percorsi project” has started. From the 4th of December 2017 until the 16th of April 2018 it is possible to participate in tenders for the concession/lease for valorization for the 16 properties owned by the Italian State, on line on the Agenzia del Demanio web site.

Cammini e Percorsi is the new network project of the Agenzia del Demanio, promoted by MIBACT and MIT. The project aims to upgrade, renovate and reuse public buildings located along cycling/walking trails and historical-religious itineraries.

The properties will be placed on the market by public disclosure in two different procedures: Free concession and Concession for valorization. It’s online the first tender about 41 public buildings in free leasing for 9 years to companies, co-operations and associations that are mostly composed of under 40 year olds.

For further information, in addition to the tender documents, you can find in the section “Useful documents“: the Guide to the call for bids, the Project Summary and the Press Release.

At the same time, the calls for the 32 properties owned by the other public Entities involved in the project are going to be published on their respective institutional web sites. The “Contact” section contains the references for the calls managed both by the Agenzia del Demanio and by the other public Entities.
