The President of the EAVF, together with the members and the staff are expressing profound sorrow for the death of the illustrious historian Jacques Le Goff, a great friend of the Francigena.

In honor of his memory, proud to have been able to enjoy his friendship, we send you the interview given to the magazine “Via Francigena and the Pilgrimage  Ways” (June, 2006), of which nowadays we still recognize the great  relevance, and the two letters sent to Massimo Tedeschi.
